At Crista Sweet Memories, every treat is made with care, love, and high-quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our cupcakes, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us! If there is an issue with your order- such as damage during delivery, receiving the wrong item, or anything that doesn't meet your expectations- please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo and description of the issue. 

We're happy to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or another sweet solution.
